Colorado-based Mental Health Support for

Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Early Motherhood

I provide counseling for women during pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage and loss, and the early years of motherhood — offering a steady, supportive space to find peace, clarity, and hope again.

Let's Connect

I’m Robbi Anne, a licensed therapist and a mom of three. I know firsthand how tender and overwhelming seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood can be. My work is rooted in walking alongside women who are carrying a lot — anxiety, grief, questions about identity & faith, or simply the weight of caring for everyone else while feeling a bit lost themselves.

In our work together, you’ll find a space that feels warm, honest, and supportive. I offer both practical tools and deeper emotional support, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that fits your life. For those who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith in a way that feels natural and hope-filled. You don’t have to have it all figured out — therapy can be a place to breathe, be real, and begin to feel steady again.

I work with women walking through…

…Pregnancy & Postpartum

The transition into motherhood can bring unexpected anxiety, emotional shifts, and a sense of losing yourself. I support women through pregnancy and the postpartum period as they navigate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, mood changes, identity shifts, and the emotional weight of this season.

…Miscarriage, Pregnancy Loss & Grief

Pregnancy loss can be deeply painful and isolating, often leaving women unsure where to turn with their grief. I provide gentle, trauma-informed support for those navigating miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or complicated feelings surrounding fertility. This is a space where your loss is honored and your story is held with care.

…Parenting Young Children

The early years of parenting can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally demanding. I work with parents of infants, toddlers, and young children who are experiencing burnout, anxiety, or struggling to balance their own needs alongside caring for others. This could look like individual or couples counseling.

Your Questions, Answered

  • I offer individual therapy, both virtual and in-office, for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, and the early years of parenting. My work focuses on emotional support, anxiety, identity shifts, grief, and overwhelm during these seasons. I also offer couples counseling when parenting stress or loss is impacting the relationship.

  • I am a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. My fee is $150 per 50-minute session. I do offer a sliding scale option for those who need it and am committed to making therapy as accessible as possible—please feel free to reach out to discuss options.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially during more intense seasons, and may move to bi-weekly as things stabilize. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your needs and schedule.

  • Getting started is simple. You can reach out through the contact form on this website, and I’ll follow up with next steps, including a brief intake and scheduling options. If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right fit, I’m happy to answer questions over the phone or email before you commit.

  • I am a Christ-centered therapist, and for clients who desire it, I welcome faith as part of our work together. Many women find that pregnancy, loss, and early motherhood deeply intersect with their relationship with Jesus — bringing both comfort and questions. Our sessions can be a place to talk openly about prayer, theology, and where faith feels strong or stretched in this season.

  • I’m warm and supportive, but also direct and intentional. I don’t believe in dragging therapy out longer than it needs to be. I’m also in the thick of motherhood myself — raising babies and toddlers — so I understand this season not just clinically, but personally. My goal is to offer practical support, honest conversations, and meaningful change.
